Thank you for your interest in attending the feeder tryouts and evaluations! Please complete the registration prior to arriving at registration to save time at the door. Players should aim to make both tryout dates Oct 17th and Oct 24th.
Cost for tryouts is the following:
By registering online you will only pay $20 at the door for the tryouts. You only pay the tryout fee once for both days.
All players should bring his or her own ball and a water bottle with their name on it.
The sport of basketball and any other youth sports can be dangerous and present health risks. The parent or guardian signing this form accepts responsibility for insurance coverage of the participating athlete.
I acknowledge that the LCC program in collaboration with Grant Feeder and Round Lake Feeder is an extreme test of a person's physical and mental limit and carries with it the potential for serious injury, death, and property lost. The risks include, but are not limited to, those caused by terrain, facilities, participants, spectators, volunteers, coaches, event officials, event monitors, and /or producers of the event, and lack or hydration. I hereby assume all the risks for participating in this event. I certify that my child is physically fit, have sufficiently trained for participation in the program, and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical person.
