Thank you for your interest in attending the Challengers tryouts and evaluations! Please complete the registration prior to arriving at the tryout/evaluation to save time at the door.  YOU MUST SIGN UP ONLINE FOR TRYOUTS. YOU CANNOT PARTICIPATE WITHOUT BEING IN THE SYSTEM.

NOTE: EVEN IF YOU MADE FULL PAYMENT OR STARTED THE PAYMENT PLAN YOU MUST REGISTER FOR TRYOUTS AND ATTEND AT LEAST 1 EVALUATION FOR APPROPRIATE TEAM PLACEMENT.

Preseason Training February: 1st & 8th
Early Evals: 15th, and 21st

Spring Evals: March 14th & 15th

All players are encouraged to attend as many tryout dates as possible (Tryout fee is only paid once).

Your profile will be in the system so that when you officially register and make the season registration payment you will not have to complete all the fields again. 

The sport of basketball and any other youth sports can be dangerous and present health risks.  The parent or guardian signing this form accepts responsibility for insurance coverage of the participating athlete.

I acknowledge that the LCC program is an extreme test of a person's physical and mental limit and carries with it the potential for serious injury, death, and property lost.  The risks include, but are not limited to, those caused by terrain, facilities, participants, spectators, volunteers, coaches, event officials, event monitors, and /or producers of the event, and lack or hydration.  I hereby assume all the risks for participating in this event.  I certify that my child is physically fit, have sufficiently trained for participation in the program, and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical person.
