Thank you for you interest in attending the Challengers tryouts and evaluations! Please complete the registration prior to arriving at registration to save time at the door.
There is no cost to register today. There is no tryout fee this year. All players 5th - 11th grade that is not on a roster must tryout on March 11th and 18th at 65 Ambrogio Drive, Gurnee IL.
All players current and new should attend this evaluation for team placement!
Tryout begins at 7pm sharp and ends at 8pm.
The sport of basketball and any other youth sports can be dangerous and present health risks. The parent or guardian signing this form accepts responsibility for insurance coverage of the participating athlete.
I acknowledge that the LCC program is an extreme test of a person's physical and mental limit and carries with it the potential for serious injury, death, and property lost. The risks include, but are not limited to, those caused by terrain, facilities, participants, spectators, volunteers, coaches, event officials, event monitors, and /or producers of the event, and lack or hydration. I hereby assume all the risks for participating in this event. I certify that my child is physically fit, have sufficiently trained for participation in the program, and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical person.
