Thank you for you choosing the Challengers!  

You have the option to choose a payment plan or make payment in full. REMINDER: The later you start a payment plan, the more the installments will be since all plans end by the same date.  Payments are divided into 4 installments to allow for smaller payment more time throughout the 2026 season (payment plans ending by July). 

Once you have started a plan or made full payment there are no refunds after the first practice of the season whether your player attends the practice or not. All players are required to attend at least on evaluation day for team placement. 

Important:

1. THIS REGISTRATION DOES NOT INCLUDE YOUR UNIFORM PACKAGE.  Uniforms are purchased directly from the Challenger gear store and can be ordered at anytime. 
2. It takes 7-14 business to receive your uniform. So do not wait to order your uniform in time for games.  Order your uniform package immediately after teams are posted or returning national team players confirm your early lock in. 
3. 2024 and 2025 uniforms are no longer good for 2026.
4. Preferred uniform # is first come first serve basis.  Some jersey numbers are not available as returning players who register with early lock (prior to Jan 22.) retain their jersey number. 
5. A full refund will be given if for any reason your player is not selected for a team or if you cancel prior to the first day of practices in early March. 

The sport of basketball and any other youth sports can be dangerous and present health risks.  The parent or guardian signing this form accepts responsibility for insurance coverage of the participating athlete.

I acknowledge that the LCC program is an extreme test of a person's physical and mental limit and carries with it the potential for serious injury, death, and property lost.  The risks include, but are not limited to, those caused by terrain, facilities, participants, spectators, volunteers, coaches, event officials, event monitors, and /or producers of the event, and lack or hydration.  I hereby assume all the risks for participating in this event.  I certify that my child is physically fit, have sufficiently trained for participation in the program, and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical person.
