Thank you for you interest in attending the 2022 Challengers tryouts and evaluations! Please complete the registration prior to arriving at registration to save time at the door.
There is no cost to register today. The tryout fee is taken at the door on your first tryout day. All athletes 5th - 11th grade must attend a tryout to be placed on a team.

The sport of basketball and any other youth sports can be dangerous and present health risks. The parent or guardian signing this form accepts responsibility for insurance coverage of the participating athlete.
I acknowledge that the LCC program is an extreme test of a person's physical and mental limit and carries with it the potential for serious injury, death, and property lost. The risks include, but are not limited to, those caused by terrain, facilities, participants, spectators, volunteers, coaches, event officials, event monitors, and /or producers of the event, and lack or hydration. I hereby assume all the risks for participating in this event. I certify that my child is physically fit, have sufficiently trained for participation in the program, and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical person.
