Welcome to the 2024 shooting competition sign up. The Shooter is the team! There is no other person or player required. However you can have a coach and a back player which you can use to shoot in one course during a competition night.
Remember there is no cost to complete this form and get your team entered before the cut off.

1 Shooter, 1 Bench Player and a Coach - But The Shooter is all you need
- The shooter is the team and that shooter role does not rotate. Player A is the shooter for the entire duration of the competition. Other team members help rebound and coach from the side, but the shooter it the team.
- Players can help other team members but they cannot be listed as a shooter on multiple teams and they cant shoot for them.
- Coaches can support the shooter with strategic ideas and can only touch the ball if rebounding for certain stations
Shooting league Stations:
- Course 1 - Free throws – Sink as many free throws as you can within a specified time
- Course 2 - 3 Pointers (Divisions 6th - 12th only) (Division 3rd-5th is midrange) – Sink as many free throws as you can within a specified time
- Course 3 - Full court Mash Up course leading into shots off the dribble, Certain spots on the court offer more points
- Course 4 - Combine quick shots
- The athlete with the most points at the end of the season wins the right to be called “The best shooter in Lake County”
Weekly Competition Schedule
- Participants will go in alphabetical order in the first round and each round after that players will shoot based on current standings with the lowest in point ranking going first
- Full court course leading into shots off the dribble, Certain spots on the court offer more points
- If a player is unable to start 8 mins after their team name is called the player will forfeit points for that competition week. The bench and coach cannot compete in place of the shooter unless the shooter is out for the remainder of the league season
